Smile at Death I see what you did there Wizards, an enchantment named Smile at Death that plays similarly to Alesha, Who Smiles at Death
Obviously, what I'm talking about is something we occasionally do in black-bordered Magic and made an extra effort to do in Magic 2010, but Un- cards have an even closer relationship with their flavor (albeit a very different flavor)
After all, you can use Eerie Interlude to save all of your creatures from imminent destruction, but you can also simply include this card in a deck that's chock-full of creatures with enter the battlefield effects
Ramp cards in Magic: the Gathering accelerates your ability to produce mana
There might not be a streamlined fun police to prey upon slow control decks, but those decks cant stretch their colors without getting run over by three creatures in a row
This set also has very few useful one drops which is a shame but not the end of the world given how many cheap and juicy cards it has offered
