As all "Elemental HERO" non-Contact Fusion Monsters cannot be Special Summoned in other ways than Fusion Summon, cards like "Non-Fusion Area" and "Dimensional Barrier" can prevent these Fusion Monsters from being Summoned easily
The problem with this card was that monsters like Five Headed Dragon existed (which requires 5 dragons to fusion summon), allowing you to stack your graveyard with a whole bunch of powerful monsters all at once
