Substitoad would tribute a monster to summon a Swap Frog to send Ronintoadin directly from the Deck to the graveyard, due to the fact Ronintoadin isn't a Frog by name and therefore can't be summoned off Substitoad, and then you would simply tribute every monster with the Substitoad to keep summoning more Frogs to get 20 of them into the graveyard
