Some decks just can't beat this and so you win, all be it very slowly
The effect isn't quite as interesting, but it's hilarious to note that the chicken is 3/3, which is stronger than some knights in armour in M:TG land, and it has the potential to grow even stronger when you roll a die

Revolt - Destroy that creature if it has converted mana cost 4 or less instead if a permanent you controlled left the battlefield this turn
Fetchlands are very common in Commander, and this lets you use them repeatedly to thin your deck and fix your mana
