Nameless Inversion 5/10 (Spatial Contortion 3/10) I prefer this to Last Gasp although they are fairly similar cards and power level
Plus, a lot of cards on the Modern banned list essentially can't be unbanned because they would assuredly ruin the format
Mainly they revolve around the elemental crystals with artifact cards for the darkness, earth, fire, water and wind crystals, all of which are now quite rightly legendary artifacts
Now less than a week away from release, Magic: The Gatherings latest set, Commander Legends: Battle for Baldurs Gate, promises big decks, big dragons, and plenty of mechanics both new and old such as Party
Notice that since they are both uncommons, this pair works as a Pauper commander
It requires a tapped creature in play, its a sorcery-only activation, and it costs mana to use, but the ability is all upside on a Seaside Citadel, and huge upside at that
