This basically means that if youve got one Dragon, you can deal one damage to something, two Dragons is two damage and so on
Lukka, Bound to Ruin This card reminds me of Domri Rade, and that card saw a little use
Its hard to imagine Dracogenesis making a splash in any competitive format, but Commander and Dragon enthusiasts should be excited for this cards release
