There are playable uncommons, which is a shock (the past couple years have had pretty bad uncommons)
It also has the potential to damage the other players at the table, incidentally, making it a nice tech card for aggressive strategies
Commander players love the card since it becomes much easier to accelerate out permanents of all other eight nonland card types, with the exception of maybe Battles, since theyre a little more unique than other card types
