You need lots of spells like Gitaxian Probe and Lava Dart, you also want things like Reckless Charge and Assualt Strobe so as to threaten those big turns
This is going to involve searching through previous scenarios for cards that have been allocated there as well as in the shared deck of unused cards
This card does nothing to hinder searches like Aven Mindcensor or allow you to steal them like Opposition Agent, which means that its both less likely to draw ire from the table and more likely to not actually prevent your opponents from carrying out their plans and winning games
