This is an excellent beginner piece without a lot of tight corners and details. The kit includes the pattern hand drawn on linen. No need for a cutter, the kit has precut strips of hand dyed and off the bolt wool in luscious blues and greens for the leaves, dark reds, and pinks for the flower, and golds for the background. The strips are a medium width (6 cut, 1 4 inch) 12 in by 10 in
